Alongside his work, Larry attended vocational school, honing his skills in both cabinet making and carpentry.

After high school, he worked full-time as cabinet makers, further developing our skills while attending night classes in trade and small business. Eventually, our journey led us to a larger cabinet manufacturer, where he managed a team of 20 crew members for over 15 years. In 2008, Larry took the leap and launched LSC Cabinetry, a small business with a focus on high-quality custom cabinetry. Today, our team of eight continues to learn, grow, and create beautiful cabinets tailored to each client’s unique vision.

At this stage, the cabinets come to life, moving from concept to reality as they are carefully constructed to your specifications. After construction, the cabinets are passed on to our finishing department for the next important step.

4. Finishing
The finishing process is where your cabinets truly take on the look and feel that will complement your home. Whether you’ve chosen a custom stain, a specific paint color, or a unique finish, our finishing team applies multiple coats to ensure a flawless result.

Each coat is carefully prepped and sanded before the next is applied, creating a smooth, durable finish. Depending on the scope of your project, this process can take up to two weeks, but the result is well worth the wait. Your cabinets will have a rich, lasting finish that will stand the test of time.

5. Installation
Finally, the time comes to install your custom cabinets. Our installation crew takes great care in ensuring that each cabinet is installed perfectly. The team will handle everything from installing the cabinet boxes, trim, and sub-tops to cutting in appliances and creating sink openings.
